Master’s degree, related to Environmental required.
Professional Sustainability or Environmental certification
At least 5 years of working experience for international companies in required field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superlative and creative problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
Ability to analyze and understand research and to identify relevant and valuable information.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English C1/C2

Manage environmental and sustainability compliance and ensure objective reporting of environmental and sustainability risks, compliance, sustainability impacts overall execution, mission, and efficacy of the sustainability program
Collaborates with appropriate department managers to facilitate performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Proposes and implements strategies to address various environmental concerns including energy use, reduction of pollution and noise, recycling, and general education on sustainability.
Drafts and implements sustainable organizational policies that address environmental concerns.
obtaining and maintaining the necessary permits for the different sites in Poland,
Evaluates efficacy of sustainability programs; recommends and implements improvements as necessary.
Drafts and prepares reports, presentations, and proposals; presents proposals and recommendations to the company board of directors,
Develops and maintains appropriate documentation and records including budgets
Prepares documentation required for environmental projects and initiatives
Increase current knowledge and ensures compliance with environmental laws and Group regulations.
Work with (local) authorities and other stakeholders such as politicians, neighbors, land owners, etc.
