Experience in an Operations or Sustainability role, preferable in the Food/Beverage Sector.
Solid knowledge and passion for ESG/Sustainability.
Proven track record in leading projects and managing/influencing cross-functional teams.
Ability to use program management skills innovatively and remain flexible as the role evolves.
Capacity to identify interdependencies across functions and facilitate collaboration.
Experience in establishing partnerships with suppliers and industry organizations.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to create internal and external networks.
Experience in developing, recommending, and implementing improvements to address challenges.
Experience working with facilities, events, and supply chain sustainability practices.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to sustainability requirements.

Responsible for creating, updating, and delivering mid- and long-term local sustainability plans and initiatives, supporting the global roadmap to achieve net zero in 2040).
Oversee the management of the deposit return system (DRS) within Red Bull Poland, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations.
Maintain ongoing collaboration with the DRS Operator to ensure effective communication and operations.
Collaborate with the global sustainability team and other internal teams to develop and implement a sustainability program for Red Bull Sp. z o. o.
Lead a local cross-functional working group to implement sustainability programs, policies, and procedures.
Manage relationships with key external partners (e.g., PFPZ; DRS Operator) to support Red Bull’s strategic goals.
Monitor existing, upcoming and changing ESG regulations and ensure compliance
Responsible for implementing sustainability projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ensure timely and high-quality reporting of results.
Provide timely and accurate reporting of environmental data in accordance with legal guidelines.
Work on annual and long-term goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
