Proven experience as Head of Finance or senior finance executive in a high-growth or international company (preferably in mobility, energy, infrastructure, or digital media)
Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in fundraising and investor relations
In-depth knowledge of financial planning, corporate finance, accounting standards, and tax regulations
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate cross-functional and cross-border teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Polish
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with ChargeEuropa’s growth and investment goals
Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws
Lead financial planning and analysis activities and provide insights to support strategic decisions
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, banks, and financial institutions
Coordinate fundraising initiatives (equity, debt, or grant funding) to support business development
Build and scale internal finance and accounting processes and teams across regions
Implement and oversee financial controls, audits, and risk management policies
Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO, COO and Board of Directors
Contribute to business model optimization
