3 years of experience in a similar position, permissions min. senior health and safety inspector
Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of health and safety.
Fluency in English (at least B2 level).
Driving license cat. B.
Very good knowledge of legal regulations in the area of health and safety and fire protection.
Very good communication and organizational skills.
Self-driven personality with ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location team structure.
Ability to adopt and continuously improve standards and best-know practices.
Good knowledge of the MS Office.

Develop, review and revise central regulations on safety and health at work (e.g., regulations on procurement or the transfer of employer obligations).
Review the implementation of risk assessments, instructions, and inspections.
Implement and enforce Nordzucker's internal standards for safe behavior.
Organize and conduct health and safety trainings.
Create training programs.
Checking the effectiveness of corrective measures during inspections and audits.
Supporting the Head of Safety & Health: participating in Group-wide meetings and supporting the creation of Group-wide documents.
Initiate activities aimed at building organizations with high health and safety standards.
Ongoing control of working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Determine the circumstances and causes of accidents at work and accidents on the way to and from work.
Monitor and supervise changes in legal regulations related to health and safety.
Cooperate with units authorized to perform tests and measurements of factors harmful to health.
Organize and supervise preventive medical examinations.
Cooperate with external authorities including PIP, SANEPID etc.
