University degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
Good command of English (minimum B2) – the role involves communication in an international environment.

Prepare regular financial reports, analyses, and recommendations for senior management.
Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and support the budgeting process.
Support the development of financial forecasts and profitability analyses.
Participate in cost optimization and financial process improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policy and corporate standards.
Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, service departments, and the international headquarters.
