Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Electrical Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in structural design, ideally in the PV sector
- Strong understanding of structural calculations and design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, and ideally familiar with PVcase, Dlubal RFEM/RSTAB, Inventor, or SCIA
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills; Polish is a plus
- Flexible and collaborative mindset, with a hands-on attitude
- Willingness to travel within Poland as needed
- Possession of “Uprawnienia budowlane w specjalności konstrukcyjno-budowlanej” is a strong advantage
Obowiązki
- Design and layout of PV plants based on terrain, soil, and load studies
- Review and validate structural calculations provided by manufacturers
- Optimize the design and placement of mounting structures
- Collaborate with structural system suppliers and manufacturers
- Evaluate and qualify new structure providers
- Supervise on-site installation works to ensure quality and compliance
- Prepare technical documentation for permitting and execution phases
