Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in a related technical field (environmental, mechanical or quality engineering)
Knowledge in sustainability initiatives (like GHG, Eco Vadis would be additional advantage) and willingness to follow up the updates in the regulations
Fluent knowledge of English
Project management knowledge, combined with problem-solving skills
IT tools: SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, advanced in Microsoft Excel
Willingness to travel

Provide technical and administrative support for sustainability and CSR initiatives.
Maintain and improve the GHG emission calculation according to the GHG protocol for Scope1-2-3 emissions.
Support the improvement of internal reporting and data collection processes through SAP in accordance with the requirements of the GHG protocol and other EU regulations (like CSRD).
Improve the data transparency and internal verification process for GHG emission reporting: Conduct regular on-site and off-site audits and promote a system for data transparency to verify the data quality for reporting at relevant sites.
Work on the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) to compline the customer requests about the environmental impacts of our product groups.
Support Sales and Quality teams for Customer questioners related with CSR and Sustainability requests.
Create or maintain plans or other documents related to sustainability initiatives and prepare the reports on BW to follow up on the GHG Emission reduction targets with KPIs on Group Level.
Develop reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives: for internal and external communication.
Support to maintain the yearly Group Sustainability report.
Prepare relevant management system documentation related to CSR and Sustainability processes on Group level.
