Higher education in finance or accounting. ACCA or CIMA is a plus.
5-7 years of experience as a controller in an international company.
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and business analysis.
Ability to prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and risk analysis.
Strong communication skills, good organization, and teamwork abilities.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (Enova preferred).
Knowledge of tax law and financial regulations in Poland and the EU.

Implement group financial processes and develop local procedures.
Define the financial management system in collaboration with the accounting department (define logic and adapt accounting systems: identify cost/profit centers).
Establish and oversee controlling and reporting processes (budgeting, reporting, planning, forecasting, KPIs).
Prepare budgets and financial reports. Analyze financial results and propose optimization strategies.
Collaborate with local management, the central team, Country Finance Director, and external stakeholders (auditors, banks).
Prepare cash flow statements. Monitor financial liquidity and manage working capital.
Evaluate marketing activities, investment projects, and their profitability.
Prepare financial forecasts and reports for management.
Provide support in controlling, taxes, finance, and accounting.
Act as the single point of contact for the Country CFO and Group controlling Team.
Implement internal control standards.
