Experience and qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of documented effective financial management role in a department and / or a company
Minimum 5 years of team management experience
Master degree in Finance
Professional qualifications e.g. ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with the minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
Documented performance management, budgeting and forecasting skills
Strong expertise in strategic planning & reviews
High level of expertise in defining, tracking and reporting sales performance KPIs and financials
Obowiązki
Business partner to the Management Team to drive business performance in line with country’s strategy to deliver profitable growth. Is a daily key coordinator between Sales, Operations and Finance to implement the business strategy and drive sales agenda. Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner interacts on a daily basis with peers in other business units and within the Group. Reports directly to Head of Finance Poland.
Key responsibilities:
Providing high quality decision support to commercial functions and management team including business cases, pricing decision and bid inputs
Provide facts and figures on achievement and forecast to support Head of Sales with performance management of the sales teams
Drive the monthly budget realization review. Establish and track action plans
Providing high quality analysis of Poland business performance, and use the analysis to challenge, support and influence the business towards our goals
Drive budgeting and forecasting process to deliver country’s growth and profitability objectives, in line with the strategy (segmentation, sectors, service lines, etc.)
Supervision of revenue, margin and budgeted costs execution and profit and loss account
Drive profitability reviews in coordination with Sales, Operations and Finance, propose action plans and monitor their implementation
Support Head of Sales in designing and monitoring annual of ad hoc Pricing action plans (Price Increase Program, etc.) to improve profitability
Reporting and communicatingoperational and financial results to local and global teams
Ensuring robust, clear, transparent and efficient financial processes and procedures
Ensuring robust Control environment
Proactively monitoring market and competitors data, share insight and recommendations in order to drive performance of the Poland business
