higher degree in economics/finance or other relevant field
a few years of demonstrated managerial experience in finance area in leading global companies
strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and SAP system
skilled in drawing conclusions, navigating and fostering productive relationships across the organization, from senior executives to operational teams
excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

providing finance business partnership to local board as well as executive directors across the group
overseeing finance processes in both accounting and controlling team
enhancing the quality and depth of insights provided in management reports to support strategic decision-making
budgeting, forecasting and preparating short and long term plans
ensuring company complies with local tax regulations and group-wide compliance norms
supporting development of financial systems / processes / capabilities within the team
overseeing and optimizing day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring adequate liquidity for business activities
driving a culture of continuous process improvement through technology adoption, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth
