Fluent German is essential; communicative English is required for collaboration with colleagues and authorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for direct interaction with both internal and external clients and suppliers, often in a foreign language.

Consolidate spreadsheets and analyse large datasets using Excel, including formatting and working with tools such as pivot tables.
Register customers and suppliers in internal systems.
Prepare and submit reports on behalf of clients to local authorities and compliance schemes.
Monitor and control the inflow of incoming take-back transactions using IT systems, phone, and email.
Proactively follow up with clients and suppliers via phone and email to gather and clarify information and resolve any issues.
Support with various administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
