Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a B2B sector; exposure to post merger integration is a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, drive change and lead cross-functional collaboration
Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, compliance and controlling
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, problem-solving approach and ability to manage both high-level planning and detailed execution
High integrity and ethical standards in line with group values
Strong communicator in English (spoken and written); able to present financial information clearly and persuasively to both local and international stakeholders
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) / knowledge of consolidation tools would be an asset
Commercially minded with strong business acumen; capable of translating financial data into actionable insights
Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
Experience in supporting strategic projects, including investment analysis, cost optimization and systems/process improvements

Act as a strategic finance partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, contributing to business planning, target setting and performance tracking
Lead the full financial cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, statutory reporting and tax compliance, ensuring alignment with IFRS and Group policies
Provide financial insight and analysis to support commercial and operational decisions, including profitability by product, customer and channel
Drive the financial agenda of the organization, leading monthly operating reviews and business performance discussions
Ensure strong cash management and optimize working capital (DSO, DIO, DPO), supporting Group cash targets
Oversee preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with auditors and external advisors during audits and regulatory reviews
Support strategic initiatives, investments and customer bids by providing robust financial models and risk assessments (e.g., ROI, Payback, NPV)
Support IT and system development initiatives to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities and process efficiency
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Group Finance, auditors, banks, tax authorities and insurance providers
Promote a culture of transparency, integrity and continuous improvement within the finance function
