At least 2 years of full-time work in PV/energy storage business as Solution/Technical Sales directly taking care of customers and projects;
Proven track record of successful dealing with complex organization and projects;
Basic command of main application modes of the ESS in various scenarios (business model, scenario features, product solution requirements of the PV+ESS scenario);
Be familiar with PV & ESS project design regulations and specifications, core components of ESS (batteries, PCS, control systems), be able to design ESS solutions;
Be familiar with main architecture of large-scale utility system and off-grid system (advantages and disadvantages of various solutions);
Combine both technical speech (overpower Huawei Smart Storage Solution and technical advantages) as well as business speech (explain LCOS reductions or ROI benefits of our solutions);
Motivated and able to work across international and multi-cultural teams;
Strong English and Polish;
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical automation or other related fields;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Lead ambitious build-up of market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets;
Regularly gain market insights and analyze the application scenarios and business models;
Contribute to solution design of global utility projects, establish dialogue with customers' technical executives, support successful market expansion;
Participate in industry exhibitions and technical exchanges, grasp the industry development trend and demonstrate Huawei's professional image;
