Professional experience in preparation, verification, and analysis of TDD (Technical Due Diligence).
Experience and knowledge in the Renewable Energy sector.
Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. development PV/BESS projects).
Understanding of due diligence processes (TDD & LDD) related to renewable energy projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in M&A processes within the renewable energy sector is a plus.
Communication skills, especially in contract structuring.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willing to learn and self-develop.
Flexibility and openness to changes.
Proficient in MS Office, and excellent knowledge of Excel.
GIS, PVsyst/PVsol, AutoCAD is a plus.
Educational background in engineering, renewable energy, business, or a related field.
Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g. Italian) are an advantage.

Preparation, verification, and analysis of TDD (Technical Due Diligence) reports – assessing risks related to photovoltaic power plant and energy storage projects acquired by the Company or Related Entities.
Analysis of LDD (Legal Due Diligence) reports – with a focus on project risks associated with photovoltaic power plants and energy storage projects acquired by the Company or Related Entities.
Active participation in the entire M&A process – supporting the acquisition of renewable energy projects, particularly PV and energy storage projects at the Ready-to-Build (RtB) stage or greenfield (early development stage), conducted by the Company or Related Entities.
Participation in negotiations –scope of work, deadlines, and penalties with development companies during the drafting of project purchase agreements and post-transaction CP/CS task lists.
Establishing and maintaining contacts with external advisors and other third parties including technical advisors, law firms and Development companies of PV/BESS projects.
