Wymagania
Completed business management training or graduation from a high school
Several years of relevant professional experience in export processing or freight management, ideally with global responsibilities
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is required
Experience in cooperation with a customs agency
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented working style with strong customer focus are among your strengths
You are an open and positive character, with a high sense of responsibility and service orientation
High level of initiative, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills completed your personality
Your focus is on serving our customers in Poland and in the Czech Republic and Slovakia so Polish language skills are mandatory. Our corporate language is English.
Obowiązki
As a part of our customer service & logistic team, you will be responsible for receiving customer orders and processing them on time. Your focus will be on meeting customer requirements, which you will ensure through flexibility and organizational skills.
You are in control of container transport from our factories in Korea, China and Vietnam. Maintaining booking information’s processing shipping documents, arranging import clearance and delivery to final destinations
You are the first contact person for our customers in case of production order, shipments and delivery status.
You are the contact person for customers in all questions regarding order processing and information about our products
Monitoring and support of customer orders in close cooperation with production planning, sales and warehouse (status of production, delivery time, delivery status)
Close collaboration with the Sales Manager
Support of the team in operational matters and general administrative functions
Cooperation with our partners on national as well as international level
Input of customer orders in the SAP system
Disposition of orders including preparation of accompanying documents
Daily shipping processing and booking of container deliveries, Management of truck deliveries and pick-ups
System data maintenance - price maintenance, product updates and customer master data
