Higher education (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or other relevant)
Experience as a CFO/Finance Manager, in growing companies, preferably organizations from the production sector
Practical knowledge and skills in the field of: management accounting, budgeting and cost control, analyzing financial data, financial modeling and preparing insightful recommendations for business
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to manage teams,
A team player who likes to deliver results through a team effort,
Good English (German as a plus).

Co-creation and implementation of the financial and business strategy, participation in the company's development initiatives;
Analyzing financial statements and suggesting recommendations to Top Management;
Creating a capital plan that aligns with overall business plans and strategies;
Annually reviews and updates related party transaction policies and procedures with Top Management and the Board of Directors;
Risk and cash flow management,
Supervision over the accounting department, accounting office, reporting, settlement of salaries, taxes and other liabilities;
Close cooperation with the President and other board members in increasing the company's value;
Review and verification of the current reporting process in the company, defining new priorities and preparing a plan for new implementations;
Standardize and develop efficiencies in finance department;
Team management.
