Wymagania
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant experience as a Business Controller or in a similar role
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skill in enhancing and streamlining cross-functional processes
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) will be an asset
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Obowiązki
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Prepare and present financial reports to finance stakeholders and functional management teams, and support follow-up ad hoc analyses based on the reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for your respective function
- Collaborate with various departments to drive financial efficiency and cost control
- Support the KPI and target-setting processes
- Contribute to financial reporting presented to the Executive Management Team and the VELUX Board
- Develop global templates and advanced Excel models to optimize financial planning and reporting processes
- Support Finance Business Partners, other finance colleagues, and stakeholders in the business functions with ad hoc queries and insights
