Obowiązki
<ul><li>Develop, review and revise central regulations on safety and health at work (e.g., regulations on procurement or the transfer of employer obligations).</li><li>Review the implementation of risk assessments, instructions, and inspections.</li><li>Implement and enforce Nordzucker's internal standards for safe behavior.</li><li>Organize and conduct health and safety trainings.</li><li>Create training programs.</li><li>Checking the effectiveness of corrective measures during inspections and audits.</li><li>Supporting the Head of Safety & Health: participating in Group-wide meetings and supporting the creation of Group-wide documents.</li><li>Initiate activities aimed at building organizations with high health and safety standards.</li><li>Ongoing control of working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Determine the circumstances and causes of accidents at work and accidents on the way to and from work.</li><li>Monitor and supervise changes in legal regulations related to health and safety.</li><li>Cooperate with units authorized to perform tests and measurements of factors harmful to health.</li><li>Organize and supervise preventive medical examinations.</li><li>Cooperate with external authorities including PIP, SANEPID etc.</li></ul>
Wymagania
<ul><li>3 years of experience in a similar position, permissions min. senior health and safety inspector</li><li>Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of health and safety.</li><li>Fluency in English (at least B2 level).</li><li>Driving license cat. B.</li><li>Very good knowledge of legal regulations in the area of health and safety and fire protection.</li><li>Very good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Self-driven personality with ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location team structure.</li><li>Ability to adopt and continuously improve standards and best-know practices.</li><li>Good knowledge of the MS Office.</li></ul>
