Wymagania
- You have at least 5 years of experience in related field; experiences with working in the commercial development and construction business is a must
- You have a university degree, preferably in HSE, Construction
- You are fluent in both oral and written English (min B2 level)
- You relate well to all types of personalities which you prove by having great communication, influencing and collaboration skills
- You have H&S legislation and management in the EU and of Behavioral Based Safety
- You have in depth knowledge of Contractor Management Health and Safety
Obowiązki
- Actively support the development and use of the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach in all H&S activities.
- Help Project Units follow H&S legal rules and Skanska CDE internal policies.
- In the home country, also handle legal duties for CDE staff, including training and incident investigations.
- Help create H&S procedures and standards, check how they are used, review project documents, and visit sites.
- Support Project Units in keeping complete and correct H&S documents. Approve Method Statements and Risk Assessments for critical tasks.
- Ensure the H&S Risk and Opportunity process is followed and all related documents meet company guidelines.
- Work closely with Skanska Construction to explain CDE H&S expectations and find practical safety solutions for projects.
- Take part in H&S audits in the CDE organization and guide Project Units on meeting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Lead or assist with safety incident investigations, write reports for management, and share lessons learned across the organization.
- Help prepare H&S training materials and deliver training to CDE employees to meet legal and company standards.
- Work with Project Units and Skanska Construction to improve safety, raise standards, and respond quickly to safety issues and near misses.
- Collaborate with other Center of Excellence teams to support safe, sustainable, and innovative project solutions.
- Support the creation of a system to measure, review, and report H&S performance in line with corporate rules.
- Show leadership and take initiative to promote and build a strong safety culture in everyday work.
