Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in solar PV project management, design, or site supervision.
Experince in AutoCAD and electrical design tools is a plus.
Knowledge of solar PV components, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) elements.
Understanding of grid integration, power systems, and SCADA in solar plants.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in reviewing engineering designs, technical specifications, and feasibility studies.
Work with technical specifications of materials and equipment.
Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution.
Support the Project Manager in tracking technical milestones and resolving site-related issues.
Conduct site visits to ensure installation quality, compliance with designs, and adherence to safety regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly and on-demand reports for the actual progress of the project, including remark for identified potential obstacles, delays and missing materials or equipment.
Provide technical information at the stage construction of photovoltaic power plants;
Manage project documentation related to technical reports, drawings, and as-built records.
Work with grid operators and utilities to ensure compliance with interconnection requirements.
Support the project risk assessment process by identifying potential technical challenges and proposing solutions.
