You are proficient in Microsoft Office

Obowiązki
Supporting the Payments & Fraud Prevention team in ensuring smooth operation of PSP (Payment Service Provider) accounts to maintain seamless payment processes
Responding to all inquiries and requirements from payment providers
Assisting in providing quick and accurate responses to internal inquiries received from PSPs (via email or phone)
Ensuring that all documentation and procedures are processed in accordance with company guidelines
Assisting the team in preparing data, reports, and offer evaluations
