Wymagania

  • Sales experience in Energy/Electrical field in sales preferred;
  • 5 years of sales experience in energy domain, if has solar inverter experience in sales involving clients is an advantage;
  • Bachelor´s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration combined with;
  • Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales;
  • Success-oriented, management experience is a must;
  • Work from the office in Warsaw with frequent business trips in Poland;
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-pace environment in a cross culture organization
  • A keen affinity for technical products;
  • Good communication in English and Polish language.

Obowiązki

  • Setting strategic sales direction in Digital Power field matching both with customer and Huawei;
  • Manage and monitor and sales /delivery operation /customer relation exploration in Poland;
  • Successfully executes a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry;
  • Initiates and implements strategic alliances with Investors / Developers / General Contractors;
  • Identify and win key projects of key customer, ensure testing site/breakthrough/customer satisfaction;
  • Be responsible for client relationship development and also full in charge of market share development;
  • Take the lead on developing project team and ensure the passing-on of Huawei core value & improvement of work skill.
