Obowiązki
<ul><li>Monitor and analyze real-time and historical data from SCADA, hypervisor, and other monitoring platforms for utility-scale solar PV assets.</li><li>Collaborate regularly with site teams and O&M managers to collect, triage, and interpret operational data.</li><li>Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reports (e.g., availability, Performance Ratio, Yield, Energy Production Index) for stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis of underperformance issues such as inverter faults, soiling, weather effects, grid constraints, and equipment degradation.</li><li>Identify anomalies and implement automated alerting systems to flag operational issues promptly.</li><li>Support commissioning phases by validating expected versus actual plant performance and assisting acceptance tests.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding of new plants to monitoring systems within agreed timelines.</li><li>Develop or improve in-house data analytics tools applicable across diverse solar assets.</li><li>Keep abreast of technological and market developments to inform management decisions.</li></ul>
Wymagania
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Renewable Energy, Physics, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within solar PV or energy sector.</li><li>Strong Excel skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of Power BI, Python, or similar analytics tools.</li><li>Experience working with SCADA systems and time series data.</li><li>Familiarity with databases, API integration, and ETL processes.</li><li>Basic knowledge of PV system components and performance parameters.</li><li>Ability to read technical documentation and solar plant schematics (AutoCAD familiarity is a plus).</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</li></ul>
