An active student status and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Fluency in Polish and English (B2), you will be part of international teams.
Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI – a must.
Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
Strong interest in data analysis, KPIs, and continuous improvement, with good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

As a Measurement & Reporting Representative Intern, you will support the team in analyzing key performance indicators, developing reports, and driving process improvements. Your insights will contribute directly to data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.
Analyze performance metrics (financial, satisfaction, operational) and support strategic reporting.
Prepare, interpret, and manage data using Excel and Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support reporting process improvements.
Support quality assurance processes, including compliance checks and documentation reviews.
