5+ years of relevant professional experience in the energy or infrastructure sector.
Strong knowledge of Polish and EU environmental legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and work streams.

We are looking for a Senior Environmental Specialist to support the development and construction of a major offshore wind and grid connection project in Poland. If you have experience in environmental compliance within the energy or infrastructure sector, and you're passionate about sustainability — this is a great opportunity to join a strategic renewable energy initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with environmental requirements throughout the construction phase of the offshore wind farm (OWF) and onshore grid connection (GC).
Manage environmental activities, including monitoring, inspections, and surveys — both onshore and offshore.
Analyse environmental reports provided by contractors and ensure alignment with regulatory conditions.
Coordinate preparation and submission of environmental documentation to relevant authorities.
Identify, assess, and monitor environmental risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
Provide active support to project teams and construction packages in implementing environmental obligations.
Collaborate with procurement and interface teams regarding environmental compliance and ESG/ESAP deliverables.
Ensure smooth communication with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders regarding environmental aspects.
