Sustainability Manager - Specialist in the local Operations Department

<ul><li>Responsible for creating, updating, and delivering mid- and long-term local sustainability plans and initiatives, supporting the global roadmap to achieve net zero in 2040).</li><li>Oversee the management of the deposit return system (DRS) within Red Bull Poland, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations.</li><li>Maintain ongoing collaboration with the DRS Operator to ensure effective communication and operations.</li><li>Collaborate with the global sustainability team and other internal teams to develop and implement a sustainability program for Red Bull Sp. z o. o.</li><li>Lead a local cross-functional working group to implement sustainability programs, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Manage relationships with key external partners (e.g., PFPZ; DRS Operator) to support Red Bull’s strategic goals.</li><li>Monitor existing, upcoming and changing ESG regulations and ensure compliance</li><li>Responsible for implementing sustainability projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.</li><li>Ensure timely and high-quality reporting of results.</li><li>Provide timely and accurate reporting of environmental data in accordance with legal guidelines.</li><li>Work on annual and long-term goals in collaboration with stakeholders.</li></ul>
