Previous experience (internship or job) in sustainability, CSR, ESG, or environmental departments.
Knowledge of corporate sustainability reporting, including standards and platforms such as CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), EcoVadis, GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)
Strong Excel skills; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Ability to support the development of sustainability communication and educational materials.
Ability to evaluate and improve processes for energy efficiency, water use, material sourcing, and waste reduction.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting project-based work.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, or a related technical discipline.
Solid understanding of sustainability principles, including ESG, circular economy, climate change, carbon accounting and social responsibility.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001,EU directives).
Familiarity with renewable energy systems, sustainable construction practices, or green manufacturing.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret environmental or sustainability-related data.
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) with the ability to work with international teams and documentation.
