You will play a key role in driving work with product requirements, compliance, and ESG data, helping to strengthen transparency, accountability, and documented quality across the entire company.</li><li>About the role</li><li>As a Compliance & ESG Specialist, you will be a key player in Tvilum’s ambition to combine quality with responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with applicable laws and standards – and, importantly, that we stay one step ahead in a world of increasing regulatory demands.</li><li>You will also play an important role in our ESG initiatives, contributing with precise data management and meaningful reporting that makes a real difference – both internally and externally.</li><li>You will work closely with skilled colleagues from Engineering, Product Management, and Production – and be in ongoing dialogue with authorities and external partners. It’s a role with a broad network, high professional standards, and significant influence on the direction our company takes.</li><li>Your main tasks will be to…</li><li>- Ensure compliance – from legal text to practice</li><li>- Keep track of product requirements and technical standards such as EN, REACH, EUDR, FSC/PEFC, etc.</li><li>- Validate products for safety and legislation – either externally or at our own test center</li><li>- Lead and document compliance projects across the organization</li><li>- Build strong relationships with authorities, testing institutes, and certification bodies</li><li>- Create data traceability and ensure that documentation is in place from development through to production</li><li>Put ESG on the agenda – with data and direction</li><li>- Contribute to ESG reporting (CSRD, GHG, LCA/EPD) with a focus on valid data and structured insights</li><li>- Support work with supplier data and Scope 3</li><li>- Help develop and implement new systems for ESG data management</li><li>- Translate requirements and expectations into concrete actions in daily operations</li><li>- Drive the embedding of ESG work – ensuring everyone understands both the “what” and the “why”</li><li>- Travel activity should be expected (5 days per month or every second month).</li></ul>

<ul><li>Who are you?</li><li>You are curious, professionally strong, and able to navigate confidently in the intersection between technology, strategy, and business. You have a natural sense of structure and thrive on turning complex requirements into concrete solutions that create value – both for the company and our customers.</li><li>We imagine you:</li><li>- Have a technical, environmental, or scientific educational background</li><li>- Have experience with compliance and/or ESG reporting – preferably from a manufacturing company</li><li>- Are familiar with EU regulations, the GHG Protocol, CSRD, LCA, and product certifications</li><li>- Are analytically strong and enjoy working in a data-driven, process-oriented way</li><li>- Have strong communication skills – both written and spoken – in Polish and English</li><li>- Have commercial understanding and insight into how compliance and sustainability tie into business development and customer focus</li><li>- You are motivated by making a difference – and you know that even the best system only works if it makes sense in practice and builds trust in the market.</li></ul>
